I’m Excited About ORÍKÌ. Here’s Why.

Two weeks ago, I attended the fabulous launch of the ORÍKÌ store. Yes two whole weeks ago. Long story but my laptop went into a coma with ALL the pictures from the event on it etc etc. Santa I need a new laptop, I’ve been sooooooo good this year I promise!

ORÍKÌ is ‘A luxury skincare brand that fuses natural ingredients and scientific research to create extraordinary personal care products’.  They have an extensive array of products to treat all skin concerns, and they also have a range for men which is pretty exciting.

Anyhoos, the store is gorgeous. Like, ‘abroad’ gorgeous. Please check them out on Instagram (@orikigroup) for pictures of the store. But that’s not why we are here, we are here for the scoop on the products right?!

These are the ones that caught my eye-

Herbal Skin Clearing Toner

A tonic that effectively cleans skin, controls oil production and keeps the skin refreshed and clear. I love that it has green tea, lemongrass and liquorice root which are all great for oily skin.

Shine Control Alfalfa Leaf Serum

A nourishing serum that hydrates and visibly improves the skin’s appearance and texture. Good. Anything that helps control my oil  glow sounds like a good time to me!

The Illuminating Enhancer

A brightening serum with Swiss Apple stem cells (amazing), and antioxidants derived from Turmeric (YES!) and Ferulic Acid (YES!).  All these ingredients are great for discolouration. This product sounds absolutely fantastic actually.

Mineralised Intensive Eye Treatment with Seabuckthorn

An intensive treatment creme that addresses lines, dark circles and wrinkles. Non greasy so it can be used under makeup during the day. A million times yes, I’ve been looking for an eye cream to use during the day.

Enzymatic Exfoliant with Banana and Pineapple

A creamy exfoliant with banana, pineapple and papaya enzymes to remove dead skin cells and leave skin brighter and softer. I’m all about glowing skin, and quite frankly this sounds delicious.

The CEO of ORÍKÌ- Joycee Awojoodu is also a total babe, and very lovely.

I’m hoping to get my hands on a few products soon, and of course I’ll have a review on the site afterwards.

All in all, ORÍKÌ is definitely a beauty brand to watch out for. Please visit their website orikigroup.com for more info on their full range of products.

Have you been to the ORÍKÌ store or tried anything from the brand?

This sounds nice and very interesting to me. I’m all for good skin using minimal products and then natural ones at that.
Would like to know what you think about the products, when you do use them.
