September Beauty Haul

Thanks to my beautiful amazing sister Megan who keeps my beauty drawer(s) popping with goodies from overseas! Mucho gracias mami!

Okay so what do we have here??

TOP L-R

Hydraluron– Been wanting to get my paws on this for ages and ages! Came across it for the first time on Caroline Hirons’ website.

Clean & Clear Persagel 10– My go-to spot Benzoyl Peroxide treatment. I love BP, works quite well on my skin.

Dr Dennis Gross Ferulic + Retinol Triple Correction Eye Serum– This is my second purchase of this product. I LOVE THIS and will never be without it ever again in life! Review will be up shortly-ish.

MIDDLE L-R

Mac StudioFix foundation in NC42– Wanted to try a different foundation and I really like the StudioFix powder so…

L’Oreal Color Riche lipstick in ‘Toasted Almond’– Another re-up. This is one of my favourite nude lipsticks of ALL time, and I love that it is cheap and cheerful.

La Roche Posay Anthelios 50 Daily Anti Aging primer- Yep. Another repurchase. I really like the consistency as a sunscreen because its not thick and heavy at all, it has a silicone base so it glides quite nicely on the skin. However, I don’t know about its capabilities as a primer. Tried using this as a primer a few times and I looked like a sad melting clown by lunchtime #oilyskinwoes. And I certainly don’t know about it being anti aging because my skin CERTAINLY does not look plumper or younger (booooo!).

BOTTOM L-R

Mac brow pencil in ‘Spiked‘- favourite brow pencil currently.

Chanel Stylo Yeux waterproof in ‘Noir Intense‘- Oh Chanel. I wish I knew how to quit you. I know there are eyeliners out there that are just as good for half the price, but this liner has my heart. As the name suggests, it is an intense black with quite decent staying power. Favourite eye liner currently.

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser– Seen a lot of good reviews on this product online and I cannot wait to try it out. I enjoy trying a range of cleansers and changing them up every few months.

Superdrug Tea Tree facial cleanser– Discovered this by accident last year when my Proactive cleanser ran out in London and I picked up the first cleanser I saw at the store (I was pregnant and hungry). Its pretty decent, and excellent for a first cleanse as it clears ANY makeup off your face.

Tried any of these bad boys?

Let me know,

Nicole

Absolutely love Caroline Hirons! I wish BP worked for me, I’m more a Salicylic Acid girl. Haven’t tried the Dennis Gross eye serum but its on the list now (thanks for feeding my obsession!)

Caroline Hirons is my wife. Salicylic Acid works great for me as a toner, as a spot treatment not so much. Which is upsetting because BP can burn when I overuse it. Boooooo! Anyways, definitely try the eye serum- it is so so good! and let me know how it goes xx
